3-Day Advance Training of Trainers for the Enhancement of Leadership Skills of Lady Health Worker’s Trade Union, (Women’s Voice and Leadership – Pakistan, funded by OXFAM Canada)

The National Organization for Working Communities (NOWCommunities), under its project Women’s Voice and Leadership – Pakistan, funded by Oxfam Canada, is working with All Lady Health Worker Programme Union – ALPU to improve the leadership skills of LHWs Trade Union. This is the third year of implementation and on 28،29, and 30 September, 2022, NOWCommunities has conducted a 3-Day Advance Training of Trainers, in Karachi. Total 30 LHWs were trained in this training, on the topics of ; collective bargaining, Unionization, advocacy and campaigning and formation of committees under the union by the experts on subject matter. At the end of the training, certificates were also distributed.
